The Walsall based electro-painters, Metafin Ltd, are winners of the ‘Investment in Business’ category at this year’s Made in the Midlands awards ceremony. The award, sponsored by Barclays bank, celebrates the firm’s impressive investment of £4m in a new 86,000 sqft factory. Such a significant investment fuels Metafin’s plans to not only safe-guard the future of its existing 120 staff, but also to create around 50 new jobs and in turn to provide solid foundations for the next generation of manufacturers.
